Who We Are

Founded in 2002 by small, independent livestock producers, Island Grown Farmers Cooperative (IGFC) was created to preserve the rich farming heritage of the San Juan Islands, and provide essential local slaughter, butchering and packaging of local meats.

Our USDA slaughter, processing, cut & wrap facility is located in the heart of the Skagit Valley. We custom process beef, pork, lamb and goat to your specifications. We empower farmers and ranchers to maintain control over every step of their operation —from raising livestock to delivering premium local meat products to their customers and communities.
